This Returns & Refunds Policy applies to purchases made directly from Charg-R Ltd through www.charg-r.com.

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights.

Change-of-Mind Returns

If you are a consumer purchasing online, you may have a legal right to cancel your order without giving a reason.

For eligible orders, you must notify us of your decision to cancel within 14 days of the day after you, or a person nominated by you, receives the goods.

To exercise your right to cancel, you must clearly inform us of your decision by contacting:

Please include your order number and sufficient information to identify your purchase.

After notifying us of your cancellation, you must return the goods to us within 14 days.

We may provide return instructions and the appropriate return address after your return request has been received.

Return Shipping Costs

Unless the product is faulty, damaged, incorrect or otherwise does not conform to the contract, the customer is responsible for the cost of returning the goods to Charg-R Ltd.

We do not provide free return shipping for change-of-mind returns unless we expressly agree otherwise.

Customers are responsible for ensuring returned goods are appropriately packaged. We strongly recommend using a tracked delivery service and retaining proof of postage.

Where goods are faulty, not as described, damaged on arrival or otherwise subject to a statutory right requiring Charg-R Ltd to bear the reasonable cost of return, we will do so in accordance with applicable law.

Condition of Returned Goods

You are entitled to inspect goods to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning in a manner comparable to what would reasonably be permitted in a physical retail store.

You are responsible for any reduction in the value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary for that purpose.

Where permitted by law, Charg-R Ltd reserves the right to reduce the amount refunded to reflect any diminished value resulting from unnecessary or excessive handling, use, damage, missing components or other treatment of the product beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect it.

Where possible, goods should be returned with their original packaging, accessories, manuals, cables, inserts and other supplied components.

The absence of original packaging will not, by itself, remove a statutory cancellation right where such a right applies. However, any reduction in the value of the goods resulting from the customer's handling or treatment may be reflected in the refund where permitted by law.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Goods

Please inspect your order as soon as reasonably practicable after delivery.

If you believe that an item is faulty, damaged, not as described or that you have received an incorrect product, please contact support@charg-r.com with your order number and details of the issue.

We may request reasonable information, photographs, videos or other evidence to help us assess the reported issue before arranging the appropriate remedy.

Where goods do not conform to the contract, your rights are governed by applicable consumer law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 where applicable.

Nothing in this policy limits or excludes those statutory rights.

Faults Caused by Damage or Misuse

Charg-R Ltd is not responsible for defects, deterioration or damage caused by circumstances for which we are not legally responsible, including, where applicable:

• accidental or deliberate damage;

• misuse or improper use;

• failure to follow supplied instructions or warnings;

• unauthorised modification or repair;

• abnormal storage or operating conditions;

• damage caused by incompatible or unsuitable third-party equipment; or

• normal wear and tear.

This does not affect your rights where a product was faulty, not of satisfactory quality, not fit for purpose or not as described at the relevant time under applicable law.

Exchanges

We do not operate a general exchange service.

If you have changed your mind and have a statutory right to cancel, you may return the eligible product in accordance with this policy and place a separate order for the product you require.

This does not affect any right you may have to a repair or replacement in respect of faulty or non-conforming goods.

Exceptions to Change-of-Mind Cancellation Rights

Certain goods may be excluded from statutory change-of-mind cancellation rights where permitted by applicable law.

These can include, depending upon the circumstances:

• goods made to the customer's specifications or clearly personalised;

• goods liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly;

• sealed goods which are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed;

• sealed audio, video recordings or computer software once unsealed; and

• goods which, after delivery, become inseparably mixed with other items.

Any statutory rights relating to faulty, damaged, misdescribed or otherwise non-conforming goods remain unaffected.

Sale and Promotional Items

Purchasing an item at a reduced, promotional, clearance or sale price does not remove any statutory rights that apply to the purchase.

However, Charg-R Ltd does not provide additional change-of-mind return rights for sale or promotional goods beyond those required by applicable law unless expressly stated as part of the relevant promotion.

Where a customer was clearly informed of a particular defect before purchasing an item, statutory remedies may not apply in relation to that specific disclosed defect.

Gift Cards

Gift cards and other stored-value products are subject to any applicable statutory rights and the specific terms applicable to the gift card.

Except where required by law, gift cards are not redeemable for cash.

Refunds

Where a valid cancellation right is exercised, we will process the refund in accordance with applicable law.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence that the goods have been returned, whichever occurs first, where permitted by law.

Eligible refunds will normally be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction unless otherwise agreed.

Where a statutory change-of-mind cancellation applies, any outbound standard delivery charge which we are legally required to reimburse will be refunded. If you selected a more expensive delivery method than our least expensive standard delivery option, we are not required to refund the additional delivery cost.

As Charg-R currently provides free standard UK delivery where applicable, there will ordinarily be no outbound standard delivery charge to refund on such orders.

Once a refund has been issued by us, the time taken for funds to appear in your account may depend upon your bank, card issuer or payment provider.

International Customers

Consumer cancellation and return rights can vary according to the customer's location and the law applicable to the transaction.

Where mandatory consumer legislation applicable to you provides rights greater than those contained in this policy, those mandatory rights will apply.

For customers in the European Union, applicable mandatory consumer law may provide a 14-day right of withdrawal for eligible distance purchases, subject to applicable exceptions and conditions.

Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude or restrict rights which cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.

Products Purchased Elsewhere

This policy applies only to products purchased directly from Charg-R Ltd through www.charg-r.com.

Products purchased through Amazon, eBay or another retailer or marketplace may be subject to that retailer or marketplace's applicable returns procedure and terms.

This does not affect any statutory rights you may have against the relevant seller.

Warranty Claims

Our commercial warranty is separate from your statutory consumer rights.

Please refer to our Warranty Policy for the terms, duration, exclusions and claims procedure applicable to the Charg-R warranty.

A commercial warranty does not replace or restrict statutory rights which may apply to your purchase.
